Savannah was an absolute dream to work with—so responsive, helpful, and easygoing from the very beginning. We scheduled a formal tasting and were so glad we did. Our wedding was small, so we went a bit unconventional with our dessert choices, and Savannah was incredibly flexible, accommodating all of our requests. We ended up choosing three different cake flavors (they were all SO delicious, there was no way we could narrow it down to one), and she guided us on how to best bring our vision to life. We had originally planned on just having cake, but after tasting her snickerdoodle cookies at the shop, we knew everyone at our wedding needed to try them—they were that good! From our first consultation, she took the time to truly understand our vision and expertly guided us through every decision to create the perfect cake for the Oak Island celebration. The final result was breathtaking—a stunning two-tier masterpiece with elegant dark green lace detailing on the bottom tier and a beautifully textured white top tier. I cannot say enough good things about Nonnie’s and Savannah. I got a custom cake for my gender reveal and placed an order over email from CT for pick up during our family vacation in OKI. Savannah was super easy to communicate with, the cake came out perfect and everyone raved about the taste. One of our group was gluten free and she made sure to have rice crispy treats on hand, but they also do GF cupcakes!
