Noble Hop

Bring your own munchies... Noble Hop has a very limited number of snacks, but some great Brews on Tap. We enjoyed visiting and enjoyed a few Brews. Nice little place in downtown Hillsboro. Also has a decent small selection of Bottled Beers as well.

My absolute favorite neighborhood bar in Hillsboro. There’s a magic to the atmosphere here that is impossible to describe; you have to stop in to feel it. The staff go above and beyond to be welcoming, and you can tell management cares about the place and the people. If you’re looking for a local home base, this is it.

They have limited food; peanut butter pretzels, however they do have a soft pretzel 🥨 W/ stone ground mustard and cheese sauce which was great. All the bartenders have been nice and helpful and have given me zero issues with my service animal. It's a perfect place for a beer while taking a stroll down main street. They typically are quiet on the weekdays but it seems packed on the weekends (which is a good sign). This is the 3rd time I've frequented this establishment and it's the same great customer service every single time. I would 💯 recommend this for any local or outsider to have a beer and relax.

We decided on a miniature bar crawl through Hillsboro and found this place! Didn't have any food, we got a growler of a Prickley Pear Guava IPA, and the vibes were electric, very nice staff, clean environment, and walkability was excellent!

You won't find a better place to stop for a cold beer with a wide selection than this place right here! The ownership of this place defines what it means to be from Hillsboro! Fun, Family, conversation, beverages, and community! I enjoyed my first stop and will be back on a regular basis for sure. In real estate we need places to take our clients of the highest caliber where we can showcase the best in our town! The ownership here are doing that! Love the selection and the outside patio!
