Noble Eats in downtown Hillsboro offers a solid selection of breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which comes with tater tots inside. I asked to have the tater tots on the side, and the gentleman working there was happy to accommodate my request. The burrito was perfectly balanced in flavor, and the crispy tater tots added an extra layer of texture and taste. There’s also a seating area in the back of the restaurant, so be sure to ask if you’d like to dine in and enjoy your meal comfortably. You can also get it to go. It’s super convenient.

Noble’s Eats is the definition of a hidden gem—literally a hole in the wall, but man, the food packs a punch. The menu is simple, but you can taste the heart and soul in every bite. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast burrito with chorizo (and add jalapeños if you like a little kick). Absolute flavor bomb. This gentleman is out here cooking like a rock star, and it shows. Great restaurant when you need a quick breakfast or lunch. While there are some staple items on the menu, it is always changing to keep you coming back. Even the basics such as breakfast burritos and sandwiches are more flavorful than anything around. Great spot to have in downtown Hillsboro!

Stopped in for lunch with my wife burgers were delicious. The wagyu patties were incredible and also locally sourced. The owner is friendly. Check Instagram for when they are open as Google can have issues. Definitely will be back i cant wait to come back to try the burritos

This is a walk up window business. You place your order and wait on sidewalk or go next door to pick up a coffee while you wait. They have friendly service and a great breakfast sandwich made on a homemade English muffin. I got mine with just egg and cheese and it was soo good but it normally comes with bacon and chipotle sauce. I wanted to go back on Sunday to get another one but they are closed on Sundays and Mondays according to Google Maps. I will try other items next time.
