Pho Alley 11

We thought we would come and try this place out in this part of town for lunch, We ordered the Pho Tho Da, Pho Doc Biet and an order of spring rolls. The Pho Tho Da rice noodles meat and vegetables looked and tasted pretty fresh. The stonebowl came out extremely hot, but the meat on the bones in the soup were pretty hard to get off the bone and meat was really chewy. The broth was pretty bland even with the garlic vinegar to add with it which made it hard to finish everything in the soup. That would be the same with the Pho Doc Biet, everything look fresh and tasted fresh, but broth was too bland and not rich in bone and herb flavors. Spring rolls tasted pretty fresh, they were rolled bigger than the average spring rolls. The dipping sauce tasted alright. This place will be worth a try to

Nice and cozy little Vietnamese spot located in the Airport Center Shopping Mall off of NE Cornell Rd in Hillsboro. Simple and satisfying menu along with a friendly staff and comfortable dining space. So if you’re ever in the area, give this place a try. Loved Pho Alley 11! We ordered the bún bò Huế, pho, and thập cẩm (not pictured), and everything was delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portions were generous. It was especially perfect for cold weather. Highly recommend if you’re craving comforting, well-made Vietnamese food.

If you are in the area looking for some good food come here!! The service was a 10/10, our server was so nice. You can order to go or dine in. I had the Pad See Ew with chicken and it was the perfect amount and it was delicious. We also ordered the beef Banh Mí and the flavors were all there. My sister got beef Pho and WOW!!! She has tried different restaurants in the area and she said this was the best one! The broth was full of flavor. Would definitely go back to this place!

Not sure if this is the same owners but I’ve been here years ago when lived in the area. Dac Biet pho was really good just as I remember it. Their picked garlic is to die for though!!! Quick and great service, will visit again if I’m around here.
