My good friend wanted me to try Nigerian food for the first time, he found this place on instagram. Adeola met us at the door when we arrived, we didn’t know it was take out only. Still, she welcomed us to a plate, and let me taste many things that she had prepared. It was amazing. Her hospitality is by far the best I have ever experienced. She felt like family. I will 1000% be back when I visit Sacramento more in the future.

Adeola, who prepared my food fresh, provided excellent service. She took my order, prepared everything promptly, and even made sure I was satisfied with the meal before I completed payment. The entire experience was efficient, welcoming, and very pleasant. For my first visit, I tried the chicken egusi soup with a side of rice and two servings of fufu, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the quality of the meal was evident. Overall, I had a great first experience and would definitely return. I would also recommend this place to anyone interested in trying delicious, authentic food.

A great meal to end Black History Month! Fish, jollof rice, egusi soup with chicken and fufu. 🤤 All dishes were amazing. The samosas were really good, nice and crispy. The meat pie is fresh ❤️

Chef Adeola truly rolled out the red carpet for us. We were in town for a quick weekend getaway, and at the last minute my husband said he was craving real home food. My sister did a quick search and found Naija Cuisine. We circled the block twice before locating the restaurant tucked behind the church, and let me tell you — my husband was skeptical. But the moment we walked in, Adeola said, “You won’t be disappointed.” She let him sample the food first, then we all tried it… and that was it. Hooked instantly. Even though it was last minute, she made a small accommodation so we could eat there because we were hungry, and my kids absolutely loved it. The whole experience felt like dining in a five‑star restaurant — warm, personal, and unforgettable. Our bellies were full, and the hospitalit

This was my first time trying African food. I got the fufu and egusi. My boyfriend and I shared one plate and oh my gosh it was so good!! I’m very picky but this was a great experience for trying something new. The worker was very nice when I called them and when we picked up the food. The only thing that was kind of a downside was how hidden it was but with all the posters around telling where to go it made it super easy to find! Definitely will come here again!
