Mr Zhang Kitchen

We tried Mr. Zhang Kitchen for the first time, and boy, it did not disappoint! From the friendly, welcoming staff to the food—ABSOLUTELY delicious. This is now our new favorite restaurant. We ordered the following: 1. Chicken on a Stick (A MUST!) – So flavorful. 2. Pork Dumplings – Explosive flavors. 3. House Special Fried Rice – The best I’ve tasted in the area. 4. Ribs with Rice – My kids wanted more! 5. Beef Shank with Rice & Noodles – Very flavorful. Highly recommend! ⭐

First time ordering take out from Mr Zhang. Pleasantly suprised. Delivery was super quick. Food was absolutely delicious and not flooded with salt. Pepper steak with onion very tender. Chicken and broccoli was great and roast pork lo main alsovery good. Definitely will order again!

After moving away from my favorite Chinese restaurant in Passaic, I couldn't find a comparable place in the Hackensack area. Then I found Mr. Zhang's Kitchen. The food is flavorful and loaded with nice slices of beef. I typically order the beef with mixed vegetables. Plenty of baby corn, broccoli, onion, and pepper. The combination order has good proportion of rice to the main dish. Everything is fresh. And the owner is simply appreciative of her customers. Even though they are at the north end of River edge, and I'm at the north end of Hackensack, it's worth a trip to get there

I absolutely love this place. I've been hearing 5 times not and they're haven't disappointed. Singapore Mai fun, General Tso's chicken, chicken wings, shrimp with lobster sauce, sweet and sour soup, steamed pork dumplings. BOOM, BOOM, BOOM! This place is amazing. CHECK THEM OUT!!!

This is the best Chinese spot in Bergen county. The quality and price can’t be beat. The vegetables taste fresher than any other Chinese takeout we have ordered from and there are a lot of options to choose from. To top it off they are super friendly people!
