Mr G's Catonsville

I visited Mr. G’s on Friday February 6. The couple welcomed Me and took time to assist with my order. The chicken wings and western fries were very delicious. I will visit again. Thank you for your awesome customer service. The world we live in today it’s hard to find. Many don’t understand you just don’t know who you may be interacting with. Thank you.

I rode past this place a million times and decided to give it a shot. I got a cheeseburger and fries along with wings.The burgers are thick and made from scratch, however the wings are not as good as they look. They are huge, dry, and bland. They only gave me 7 wedges with my four wings. They were dry too. The wings were a little soggy, from them sitting in the warmer for so long. They were also rubbery pulling them apart. They could have left it in the fryer a little longer. They also have those big bottles of ketchup and hot sauce that most places let you do it yourself, but theirs stay in the back near the grill, so he gave me packs of ketchup instead. What is the point of having it sit there, and the customers cannot put it on their food themselves? This place was not what I was hoping

I have loved this place for 30 years. I think it's the 3rd owner now. Keeping the tradition of great subs and great service. Will go down in my history as a place well worth the drive as I drive almost 49 minutes to treat myself.

So we came to this place in the summer of 2023. It was two young guys on there cooking. The subs were seasoned really nice. I noticed twice we have visited after, there is an older woman cooking and the food is awful. It’s unseasoned and the subs are always dark brown. They need to change cooks, and clean that dirty grill. I won’t return until I see a better review and the woman no longer cooks the food. Ps.. them wings looks as if they been sitting under the light all day and there are mice droppings in the pie/ cake fridge…

I went and got a chicken cheesesteak but due to my allergies I asked for my sub made a certain way ( just light mayo, extra onions and lettuce). At first when I got home my sub had things on there that I did not ask for ( tomatoes and hots and it didnt seem fresh). I called back and Muskan said she would take care of it and she did just that. My new sub was so fresh, hot and delicious exactly how I wanted it! I was so happy she remade it for me. Now I think if she is not going to make it I dont want it...lol!
