The Restaurant Store - Baltimore West

We like coming here to buy kitchen supplies. But there is a clear disconnect between the products being sold and the understanding of them with the employees that work here. They are nice people, but they will try to tell you about items being what your looking for when you and they know it’s not, just so they don’t have to take a pallet down from the top. We always buy Super Chef brand oil for frying , cooking and baking. They had Super Chef oil but it was the type that is specially formulated for strictly deep frying because it has non foaming additives in it, it says this on the box and they whole color scheme is white and brown box instead of white and yellow. Multiple employees told me they didn’t have the yellow box , then I looked straight up and saw they had a whole pallet of the y

My friend and I were in the Woodlawn store today shopping for our church's event be held this Saturday and one of your employees by the name of "NIKE" was sooo helpful and and very pleasant, to say the least!!! Thank you, thank you Nike, you are awesome!!!!!!

Checked in 7.30 AM for 8 AM delivery. Got papers 8.13 AM, staff was nice, fast unlaoding. FCFS.

Plenty available carts. Store is clean and organized. Found everything I needed without needing help. Cashier loaded my purchases into my car for free. I tipped her $5 and she was grateful and pleasant.

This branch is amazing, unbelievable staff starting with the branch manager, MELANIE!! She will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect with your orders and needs. I would hire her for our business if we can. I highly recommend the restaurant store. All the staff are friendly and the prices are amazing.
