Mosaic Café

Mosaic Café is hands down one of my favorite spots. The employees are always in a great mood and genuinely greet you like they’re happy to see you. They actually care and even remember past conversations, which makes the experience feel so personal. Caleb is an amazing and always puts a smile on my face he truly makes every visit better. The coffee is amazing, the food is just as good, and I love starting my mornings with a stop here. Highly recommend trying their Nitro Cold Brew and their chai coffee, both are absolutely incredible!

Don't get the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (update - [at least not without reading the response that the Mosaic Cafe has posted so you know what they mean by "nitro cold brew"] - end update), they do not know how to dispense it. The image shows what I was served after waiting for the foam to dissapate (as they should have while pouring it, and poured more gently to avoid the foam buildup) before drinking any. I've gotten it three times thinking that maybe the last person just didn't know what they're doing, and every single time (different person serving it each time) just fills the cup up like any other beverage rather than treating it like the nitro infused beverage it is. They hand me a cup that at first has about 1/4 inch of liquid and the rest is foam. Every other place I've ever gotten nit

This is a great cafe with excellent options and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service is always quick, and everything feels well organized when ordering. It’s clearly a popular spot with locals, and we’ve been here multiple times already. The hummus wrap is one of my favorites and definitely worth trying. Overall, a really solid place and one we’ll continue coming back to.

We come here pretty much every weekend, and this is our usual brunch/lunch spot when we want to go out. The service, the workers, everything about this place is amazing. Family owned, which makes my heart happy and the dishes are truly so amazing. Our go to is the brunch burrito, I’m just truly obsessed with that herby mayo sauce, I’ve even tried making it myself to no success! This is our favorite place in Asheville, you will not regret trying this place and becoming a regular. 😌 We love yall!! Thank you for being such a delicious, reasonably priced, and welcoming spot. Yall are all amazing. 🙂

I came to this town to visit my husband’s over night stay. This cafe was such a delight to my heart to visit this morning. I enjoyed the croissant egg, bacon and cheese sandwich and a hot coffee. Everything was exceptionally made with care. Adorable and quaint cafe situated in the heart of the town near Biltmore estate.
