Moe's Southwest Grill

I’m happy about the new location. I think they are just getting their feet wet. I didn’t hear “Welcome to Moe’s” when I came in. Also they do t have a baby changing station in the bathrooms. That’s an huge fail. I asked the cashier in training it she had no empathy nor did she say that she tell her manager. I’ll revisit in a month or so and hope for improvements.

Moe's is a good place to get a quick quesadilla or burrito that's better than going to Taco Bell. The chips and salsa make a good snack and are better than what some Mexican restaurants provide. There is a good choice of drinks beyond the usual sodas too

Very good location. Certainly cleaner than the Paramus location and not as hectic. If you have a choice between the two go to River Edge. I believe the River Edge owner is on staff so he watches his business like an eagle.

Very affordable prices but the food is often luke warm. The queso i got was not hot enough so it was stiff and didn't taste as good. My soft taco was great and they have the updated soda machine so lots of options. The crew members are nice and respectful.

I want to start by saying that I love the Moe’s concept. My relatives actually own a few in the Virginia area and do everything I can to support the brand. That said, I have now walked into this location on three separate occasions during peak lunch hours and there has only been one or two people working behind the line and register. The employees who are there working are great but it is simply too slow. Today there was one employee working the line and register with a 8 person line. Unacceptable. This is bad for the brand and makes going to this location painful.
