Went in to browse and the staff there are great. Even prior to entering the driver for their vehicle greeted me good morning and once I entered the doors I was greeted by the store manager. Excellent customer service. They're a local company who has been around for over 25 years :)

Got a quote for a freezer, the quote and 2 different prices and so I called to clarify and they explained but ever time I tried to get it ironed out so I could make the purchase the price kept going up, bogus fees etc. I ended up buying a bigger and better True freezer from Ohio and got it shipped all the way to the big island almost $2000 cheaper… mid city quoted me over 800 to ship from Oahu to the big island, but I actually got shipping from Ohio to the big island for $700, this guy was so shady, so much for taking care for local businesses… no Aloha there… literally every time I talked to them they had another charge… they try to take advantage of businesses that are in a bind… I’m happy to wait 3 weeks and save $2000 and actually get a much superior freezer. Shame on them! Will never

Great place, great staff, if they don't stock it, they can order it quick.
