Meyhouse & Meyhouse Jazz Club

Meyhouse is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant with a beautiful ambiance that’s perfect for a special dinner or celebration. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was both fresh and deeply flavorful. We tried the chopped salad which was good, but skippable. The eggplant with yogurt from the mezze selection is an absolute must; the flavors truly blow you away. The muhammara dip was also excellent. They serve complimentary bread that’s dangerously delicious and very easy to overindulge. For the main course, the branzino was soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend. We didn’t have room for dessert, but the künefe here is excellent and definitely worth saving space for. A wonderful spot for a refined Mediterranean dining experience.

Delicious premium Turkish food for a premium price. The service was outstanding, and I have no complaints. The only thing I would nitpick on is that we got seated on one of the side tables, and I felt like the middle is a better vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the fresh Turkish bread was so good. Normally I don’t eat tableside bread since it fills me up and it’s usually not the best quality, but this bread was freshly baked and oh so delicious. We got chicken, lamb, steak, variety of appetizers and a couple desserts as well. I think the Turkish desserts at Oklava is better priced and tastes better, but other than that, I would order everything else in a heartbeat. What an amazing restaurant in downtown Palo Alto. We had the Chef's tasting menu and it was amazing. The portions were very generous and every dish had great flavor. Very attentive service as well.

We had a great date night here. The service is 10/10 and the food was delicious. We got the roasted red pepper spread, artichoke with shrimp, grilled octopus and the dumplings with beef. We got the baklava for dessert. Everything was amazing. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time. I grabbed a 5:30pm res for 2 on a Friday a few days out - all the other slots were booked.

Best restaurant in Palo Alto! Apps are just amazing - so much flavor in simple dishes like yogurt and eggplant. Bread so good too. Excellent drinks and atmosphere
