This was our favorite dining experience on Oahu it just took us by surprise because we didn’t think the Ramen would be That good. The menu may be a bit confusing for newbies but it’s concise enough with simple explanation of each type of Ramen. Be prepared the regular size ramen was More than enough but they offer smaller or even bigger portions for those that need it. The whole menu is very tailored to personal taste and all customizable. I saw that they had Goma broth ramen so I took this while my husband took the Tsukemen which are dipping noodles. We both loved our dishes, the broth in both ramens were 10/10 it had so much depth and flavor. I do think the noodles could improve but rarely outside of Japan do they house make their ramen noodle and broth. We also found the garlic shrimp

Definitely recommend trying tsukemen if you've only had ramen, it's especially good when the weather is hot. The dipping sauce was delicious, and the noodles were thick and chewy. The viscosity of the sauce means it tends to splatter on your clothes when you eat however. I appreciate the option to have few toppings and different amounts of noodles, everyone in our party got to choose how much they wanted to eat and left satisfied with no leftovers.

Menya is great! The Goma ramen is rich and flavorful, the pork cuts however have like so much fat could do with less. Service was good and fast.

Excellent food in a casual spot in the changing Industrial area of Kaka’ako. Service was fast and the food was delicious. We had the pan fried gyoza which was crisp on the bottom really juicy. The tsukemen with black garlic tonkatsu dipping broth was excellent. Very well executed food. Enjoyed the vibe, too

The super ramen bowl with choice of noodle portion and healthy vegan broth was delicious! Warm! Japanese rock music vibes and cozy atmosphere. Lighting good
