McDonald's

Our whole family really likes this McDonald’s. It’s very family-friendly and has a kids’ play area, which is perfect for families with children. The place is clean and spacious, and the kids can play while the adults relax and enjoy their food. It’s always a great stop for our family.

i got a door-dash from here a couple minutes ago i ordered a LARGE orange juice, a sausage mcgriddle, and TWO hash browns. i paid $19 dollars just to get a small orange juice and 1 hash brown. Not only that but they didn’t even care if fill the cup all the way. I work in fast food and i still make sure that everything is correct, these people just don’t care.

Food was served cold. They precook the meat and keep in a warmer. The cheese on my 1/4 pounder was cold. I suggest going across the street to In and Out . At least their burgers are served hot.

Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s at night the service has been exceptional. The food is made fresh, my order is always correct, and they are always quick. Every other McDonald’s in southern Utah really ought to take lessons from this location (especially the St George Blvd location…).

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this visit was. We went to this McDonald’s expecting fast food, but instead, we ended up waiting over an hour just to receive a simple order. The staff working there were incredibly lazy and showed zero sense of urgency. They were moving at a snail’s pace, laughing and chatting among themselves while customers stood around clearly frustrated. There was no communication, no updates, and absolutely no professionalism. It wasn’t even that busy, which made the whole situation even more ridiculous. People were getting frustrated and leaving before even getting their food. It genuinely felt like the workers couldn’t have cared less about the job or the customers. I’ve never experienced such poor service at any McDonald’s before.
