It was supposed to be a quick dinner stop on the way home. 15 minutes to get my food. Employee apologized but said they’re short staffed because manager had to cut hours. That led to a less than great experience.

Ordered mobile pick up. 20 minutes later they come out with my food and Sweet Tea Lemonade. I take one sip, it's unsweetened tea. I go in and get it exchanged for a sweet tea lemonade and proceed back to work without checking further. Upon clocking in and opening the lid because the straw was missing, I noticed flies.. absolutely revolting. I do my best to call right away and after a while of ringing, I opted to leave a voice message. After work and not hearing anything further, I go back before heading home. They girls had the registers didnt seem apologetic and sorry. I told them I left them a voice message and one immediately tells me they dont have working phones. The manager who looked about 17 stood there shocked I didnt want a replacement. I didnt get a refund or get offered one. I

There isnt a single thing fast about this location. Every time I have Ever visited here im waiting atleast 20 minutes or more. Idk maybe they're butchering the cows and processing them on property 🤔 growing and harvesting the potatoes on site? Idk but if I were you id go across the street to burger king instead. They taste better anyways

Waited at the counter. Was IGNORED and IGNORED and IGNORED. They are busy, but they still have to take my order or else. I never ever get my food. If the boss wants to watch the video cameras, it happened on 3:10pm march 2nd, 2026. You watch and see how long I waited JUST TO ORDER and tell me if that's acceptable.

I hate this place. I ordered breakfast here and got it done via mobile order. The order was accepted, they took my money and my points, and it says that the order was being made and would be ready soon. The manager said that because I got there past 10:30 and because I was doing drive-thru, my order was no longer feasible and wouldn't be made. I thought that was bullshit. What is even the point of ordering for my food, knowing I am on my way there, only to be told that I was too late? When was this even a rule? I have ordered mobile for indoors and drive-thru all the time and have gotten my order PAST 10:30. I tried to get my money back. I spent $15 and 4000 points on getting breakfast through the mobile app and I wanted my money back. They would not give it to me. Told me I had to call
