McDonald's

I have been here a few times now. The employees are ok. The food is ok. I've gotten fries that were perfect and hot, then tonight, been under the heat lamp too long. My double cheeseburger looked HORRIBLE. There was nobody there, so I am not sure why it was a sloppy mess I applied and interviewed to no avail with over 20 years cooking experience. But this is how you would let food go out, not on my watch. Sad. Maybe next time I can get a decent meal.

I've been to McDonald's all over the country as a driver. This one, right here in Salem MO, is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most professional Mc Donald's I've even been too. Tableside service for condiments, all items places nicely in the bag and not thrown in. Food was actually nicely made. I would not have believed this was a real McDonald's but it is and I'm glad we're moving to town.

Don't ask for extra onions, they won't make it correctly and will dump raw onions all over your sandwich. (Yes I called because, 1. I paid for this food 2. What the hell is your problem?) A Big Mac full of onions, not even worth going back for them to mess it up again, though I do appreciate him trying to find a solution ( however making it right the first time would've sufficed). The fries were also cold, after a certain time they're supposed to toss them but I guess because it's the end of the night no one wants to cook anymore 🤔

Went this morning to get breakfast and they accidentally gave me a mcgriddle instead of a bagel and when I went back to get it fixed the cashier was nice and willing to help but her manager didn't want to talk just wanted her to help me and when I pulled around to the first window the young lady was crying and Michelle the manager was being very rude to her and when I pulled away from the window I heard her yell at the employee "Now stop! Dry your face." And after talking to some other employees there this is a common occurrence and I was begged to call and report her. Michelle is rude and inconsiderate to employees and has no business being in a managerial position.

I love McDonald's, but the one at Loves is the SLOWest. They won't park people very often, and I have waited in the line for 18 minutes before. All the others are timed, so I don't know why this one isn't. Otherwise great!
