Burger King

This is the nicest Burger King I've been to in quite a while. The staff was very friendly and eager to serve. They even brought the food out to the table for us (which is a big deal when we're a family with 5 little kids). We'd definitely stop there again next time we're going through Salem!

Onion Rings were under cooked, almost raw. They were soggy like. We asked for new well cooked ones and after waiting another 10 mins got 3 new orders of onion rings and they were under cooked as well! The girl working was very nice but the guy doing the cooking was an a**!!

Five stars for top 5 worst in the state of Mo. I've come here for a long time because its the kids favorite treat, but the lady working the window has been consistently rude, in my opinion my food has looked like it has been thrown in a trash can then into a wrapper. In my opinion It is the worst service I've ever had here and it has been not so great in the past but redeemed it self, but then to go to this. Even the food is not made right. No shredded lettuce on my chicken sandwich and the mayo looked really old. And what is this brown slime on my bun? When buying for a large family I use coupons and I'm treated like I'm trying to get something free while spending 50$ almost on one trip a week. Clean, friendly, my 10 year old lives this place. He says they have the best customer service and I'm going to have to agree! There not many fast food places in Salem, but hands down the best service and smiles at Burger King!

New AC Tuesday when they get their new one as it's running hot, it was hot in the restaurant but I'm here to tell you, it's the best Burger King I've ate at in years. Had trouble getting my reward points to show at the register, and my food would of been free so the manager was very kind and as I was doing an online order he told me don't worry about it, and totally took care of me. These employees deserve a raise to work in the heat like this. And an award for being the best Burger King between Florida and Missouri.
