This is the worst McDonald’s ever if I could give zero I would I never get my food on time. It’s always cold! I’ve called up there multiple times to let them know. I did not get the right order and it seems like it’s just getting worse. Never go to that McDonald’s! Go to anyone but that one

Ordered through the drive through, two cheeseburgers with ketchup, cheese, bacon, and mac sauce, I received two buns WITHOUT ANY MEAT IN THEM. NO ACTUAL BURGER IN MY BURGER. when I called to fix the situation, the person who answered the phone (gave no name) told me to come back tomorrow, no offer to fix my order today. Then abruptly hung up without anything other than a first name. I’m highly upset with the way this situation was handled.

4th time in a row missing items partially or completely... This time I got 4 nuggets in my 6 piece...

I tried to leave feedback through the app but I didn't know the store number. The store locator option didn't work. I rejected a paper receipt because there's usually one on the bag, so naturally today there wasn't. For my order, this morning I got two breakfast sandwiches through the app. Service was quick, employees were nice. But the muffin on my sandwich was burnt. I usually don't have too many issues at this location so I was pretty disappointed.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff is rude and completely ignored me and another man for 10 minutes at the front counter. They finally reluctantly had the man in front of me order after he asked several times. They then looked right at me and walked away while I stood there. All I wanted was ranch for the happy meal I ordered! The manager made eye contact with me several times and STILL continued to ignore me. Apparently the staff would rather joke around and be loud than do their actual jobs! I will never come back here.
