Five Guys

On Thursday 1/15/26 at 610pm I placed an order on the five guy app, as I have done several times in the past with zero issues. Always good food. The app said ready in 7-12 min, I arrived about 620pm, proceeded to the pick up counter. Yes they appeared busy, but it’s never been an issue in the past, never waited more than 10 min before. So I waited about 1/2 hr before I went to the young man working the register, he was courteous, and asked a young lady who appeared to be either a manager or supervisor, and she was very visibly overwhelmed. The way she kept shifting the crew on what they were working on, and addressing the team, did not seem she is a very effective leader. I gave the cashier a hard time by paying with 3 separate gift cards and she handled it great. The food was amazing and the service was quick!

We had the greatest time with our grandkids at Five Guys. We went there for a French fry date with three of our grandkids, and with an order of two large french fries, all five of us were able to make a wonderful meal and wonderful memory together. The employees were extra courteous, one even acquired some dipping sauce for us that was not otherwise available in the store! Another one was very kind and helped us take a group picture together. This is a excellent location for you to enjoy your burgers and fries. We couldn't be happier.

Best run 5 guys I've been to! Employees actually multitasking, not trying to only take care of one order at a time and screwing customers over. We paid, pored our drinks, found a seat, then as we were sitting they called our number. Fast, we'll prepared, and correct!

Very good 5guys restaurant . Excellent burgers and fries. The staff really pays attention to order details. Manager Hahsan has great people skills.
