Customer Reviews
I went to Culver's on a Wednesday. Probably around 3:30. Middle of the afternoon, not too busy. There was a lot of teenagers working and I could not believe how genuinely nice, happy, hardworking, and attentive these kids were. They were all working hard, smiling, treating each other so nicely, and so extremely attentive to all the guests that would walk through the door. Everyone is in such a hurry these days and it was so nice to not feel rushed. It was nice to see happy faces, and not feel like I am a burden for needing my order taken. So many fast food restaurants I've been to people walk around like they hate their jobs. They don't smile they don't conversate they have terrible attitudes and 90% of the time the order is incorrect. The food here was terrific , but the service was so mu
Bug in my chili cheese fries and dirty cup root beer. So disappointing. I gave it another chance and I picked up a kids’ meal from Culver’s today, and the milk they gave my 4-year-old was spoiled. When I opened it, the milk inside was curdled and had a thick, mucous-like texture, which is absolutely unacceptable—especially for something being handed to a young child. This wasn’t just a bad taste or slightly off smell. It was ** visibly clotted**, and the rim under the cap had buildup that looked unsafe and unhygienic. This is a serious food safety issue. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about how this product was stored or checked before being given to a child. I ended up throwing it away because it clearly wasn’t safe to drink. I hope management takes this seriously and review
My french fries were not crispy again. They are obviously just completely and purposefully not making my fries extra crispy when I order them. I ordered a grilled rueben sandwich combo with extra crispy and crunchy fries inside at the counter. The lady with blonde hair insisted that "they know what they are doing when I asked her if they knew how to do it. She even told me the procedure which was actually the correct proedure, and it's a very simple procedure. A 12-uear old kid could easily do this at home if they were in the kitchen and wanted to help their mother with the cooking. But yet, Culvers just won't actually do it. They say they will but they are barely any crispier than normal. Do they think that a customer who likes and order their fries crispy and crunchy is not going to noti
I ordered from the drive thru and they forgot multiple items. I called to let them know and received an email from the manager that had an apology and to make it right he offered a free meal and dessert. No specifications, just a free meal and dessert. The next time I visited with the intention to redeem it, I informed the employee what I had and they did give me a bit of difficulty telling me it could only be certain items. After showing the email we were able to resolve with no further issues. That's the only issue I've ever experienced. Food is always good, service is friendly and quick. I usually only go through the drive thru which is the only reason I left the atmosphere as a median rating
Love Culver’s smash burger style burgers. The Mushroom & Swiss is my absolute favorite, the frozen custard is always amazing, and the staff truly sets this place apart. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. Easily the best fast food service around.
