McDonald's

I placed an order at the drive-thru at 4:53 p.m. it took them 30 minutes to come out for one happy meal to McChickens two hamburgers. They had no drinks and the guy said he would go back inside and get them. Another 20 minutes has passed still no drinks so now I am sitting an hour and no one will assist. This is a constant thing from what I see and this is my second time giving them a chance. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more easily for your food and it will be cold and they refuse to make it right

What a joke! Ordered on the app, went through drive thru. Only handed us 1 drink at the window “ we ordered 3”. Had us pull up in a parking spot. Waited 20 minutes for someone to bring out the wrong order. Finally got our correct order 5 minutes later without the other 2 drinks we ordered. So my wife had to go inside and get the other 2 drinks. Wow, now that’s fast food! I say we need to pay the McDonald’s employees $45.00 an hour for the all the brain power it takes to look at a computer screen and put stuff in a bag. Also give the managers $150.00 an hour for being sorrier than their employees are. This is the new American! What a joke this place is!

Nov-16 around 11:50 am. Drive thru was packed. There was around 20 cars in line and that's not the problem the problem is we paid and we waited there at the pick up spot for over an hour. There was 7 people outside waiting for their food and when I went inside there was 10 more. It's crazy how employees there can get thing done. They all need to be fired starting with the manager. Everyone was all over the place when we went inside and none of them were doing anything just standing there starting at you looking at the screen. This poor guy from the drive thru window was walking outside the drive thru asking people if they had any drinks before parking them. It's ridiculous. We got tired of waiting and left. Hopefully when I go back today to pick up my food they won't give me any problems.

Today 1/25/2025 I went through the drive through. Ordered with the app; 8 sandwiches, 8 hash browns. Was only given the sandwiches. I felt rightfully mad when I called the manager, she hung up the phone on me. I called the 800 number reported all of it! Will never go here again ................................................... 10/19/2024 So it started in line when I'm trying to give my order and the girls microphone earpiece system isn't working properly and she's cutting in and out and she can't hear me and I have to give her my order of 4 times. That day the line was long so it took me 4 or 5 minutes to get from the pay window to the pickup window which is maybe four cars long, but I couldn't see around the corner to see who was in front of me. For once the food and especially fries were hot. Usual wait time wasn’t too bad. It’s a hit and mostly miss kinda place.
