Camp Declan

Beautiful place to stay and relax. Tons of space to sleep. Has a Ping Pong table, board games, Putt Putt golf, floating deck, canoes, a speedboat! Beautiful lake and good for fishing. The host is super accommodating and very friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Never got to review this on time. Me and my family stayed here for four nights during summer 2021 and it has been one of the best family vacations ever. The place is amazing, the lake is awesome. Outdoor showers, the bunk bed house. I can't detail how much we enjoyed it. Ever since we are planning in coming back with friends.

Great little get away. We just held a youth retreat there with 30 people last week. We had plenty of space and loved the lake access. The bunk house was so fun! The quiet area was great for the youth’s personal time and plenty of places to lounge and play!

What a great time! Our family of 14 spent a great week at Camp Declan. You definitely travel back in time here. Relaxing is the name of the game. You can sit on the deck at the main house, chill on the pad in front of the outdoor wet bar (which has everything short of a bartender), sunbathe on the deck on the lake, or relax inside the main house or bunkhouse. Did I mention you can chill at this place? Oh, and there's hammocks! But if you want to have fun, will you can do that too. The lake is prime for swimming, fishing, skiing, tubing, and whatever other watersport you want to do. There's a volleyball net, table tennis, piano, guitar, and the obligatory board games. Great little camp on a small clear water lake. Perfect for folks who want to be outdoors more than in. Lots of space and the outdoor kitchen and shower make me want to build this stuff at my own house. 🙂
