Dunkin'

Great menu choices, drive through is always at a medium level. Moves fairly quickly. The staff seems always delightful never a tone or attitude, which is nice. Never really had a problem with my order, which is also a plus, and very easy to use the app to get my points and deals.

Had to go a couple of times before I rated Dunkin...this location employees have been above & beyond for my fiance before. Gotten iced coffee & donuts and couple of times. Did not care for that brownie batter donut...lol. To each their own. I wish they had the donut 🍩 selection they carried when I was young...lol. We were spoiled. Swung by to pick up breakfast on the way out of town...4 stars 🌟. Service was great & prompt as we were running late but my hash rounds were already cold 🥶. Otherwise a delightful meal...love the $5 meal deal!!

My husband wanted a bagel and I was interested in some muffins so we stopped at the new Dunkin' in our town. He ordered 1 plain toasted bagel with light butter (not a lot), 1 blueberry muffin, and 2 coffee cake muffins, with a Watermelon Refresher no ice (for me). Total was about $14. When we pulled to the window, we paid the total. Then a few minutes later, another attendant came to the window and he said they unfortunately ran out of the muffins 😒 so we were sorta sad to not get the snack we wanted. The attendant offered a credit or if we'd like to wait 16 minutes for the next muffin batch. We didn't have time to wait, so we took the approximately $8 credit. Not clean, tables had stickiness all over them and there’s was only 1 person inside and no one at the drive thru. 2 ppl working . Donuts are dry and heaven forbid ya get a fillet bc only one spot has it, the rest is donut. Drinks are ok. Customer service was bland for a newer store. Young lady who took our order was nice, but the older lady making the drinks could use some cyst service training. I get it’s interlachen, but still you work in retail/ food, must have skills!
