McAlister's Deli

McAlister’s Deli is located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Parking in front is tricky with narrow parking spots but there is additional parking on the side which is much easier to get in or out of. There seems to be adequate seating inside with additional space outside on the patio. Atmosphere is family friendly and food is well prepared. I always order a a foot-long King Club sandwich; it is normally served on a 6” bag-get but I order another 6” bread portion for only $1 to make it foot long. When in the area, be sure to check it out.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit. Our food came out wrong, sides were missing, and we weren’t the only ones, people behind us had the same problems. Very disappointing.

Food was amazing and service is amazing. I’m only giving a 2 for atmosphere because the music was terrible! It was too loud and who picks out the songs? Service was amazing and Nick was amazing! Kept picking up napkins that were dropped on the floor by neighboring tables. Thank you Nick and your team!

Always an on point spot for comfort food ! My son loves the Mac and cheese with a side of chips ..! Love their chicken sandwich 💯 This location had good efficient employees 💯

By far the nicest Mcallister’s I’ve been to and the service is phenomenal. They checked in on our group several times and even went out of their way to get things for us. Seriously the best service I’ve ever had at a fast casual restaurant. Also very clean and updated and food was great!
