McAlister's Deli

I had a half of a chicken Caesar wrap and a fresh crunchy pickle the first time I ate here. It was really good so the next time my fiancé and I came in to try some other delicious food. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Fiancés soup was lukewarm and came from a bag, as was my Mac n cheese. I had the French dip sandwich. It tasted ok. My fiancé had southwest chicken sandwich. He said it had no flavor. My pickle was very soggy. The thing we were most surprised about was the side of Tortilla chips which looked to be the size of a child’s handful of chips. The bread was the best thing we both ate.

Our clinic recently had lunch brought in from your deli for our staff, and everything was wonderful. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Each lunch box included a sandwich, chips, a pickle, and a cookie, which was the perfect combination. I also ordered several salads and fresh fruit, and they were just as fresh and flavorful. The pricing was far less than I expected, which was a very nice surprise. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be spreading the word.

Our first time at this Deli and it was really good! We got the spicy turkey melt and Reuben and they were fantastic! One of the workers, Jacob, made our experience amazing! Very friendly and seemed like he enjoyed his job. We will be coming back!

McAlister’s in Mankato is a great spot for generous portions and fresh food. The sandwiches are big enough to split between two people, and I even saved half for the next day — reheated it in the oven and it still tasted fresh. Definitely a place I’d come back to again. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a dipping sauce option for the sandwiches, which would take them to the next level. Otherwise, excellent food and great value!

Great addition to Mankato! Absolutely loved the pick two: McAlister's Club and Savanna chopped salad with the Sherry Vinaigrette and the best Sweet Tea! Inside is absolutely beautiful with a lot of seating to accommodate both big and small groups. They have a wide menu that offers something for everyone - which is huge when trying to decide what to eat. Service was fast and the staff was amazing from the second I walked in the door! This will be our new go to restaurant!
