Each unique location offers unique vibes. This one brings the vibes with a MSU twist. It’s an awesome get together over caffeinated is spontaneousness kind of place.

Someone needs to do something about the one manager of this store with glasses and dark straight hair. She is incredibly rude to the employees and customers. The environment is super toxic. She talked rudely to me when I had an issue with my order, and that was after I heard her talk rudely to another customer. They are constantly screwing up and then rude to customers regardless. This needs to stop!!!!

The girl who handed me my order was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about my drink. Instead of helping, she gave me a snarky response, so I just pulled away. When I tried the drink, it was wrong—something that could have been resolved if she had taken even a moment to actually respond. I went inside and the other girls working were wonderful; they were polite, helpful, and quickly made me a new drink. Unfortunately, that same rude girl continued to be disrespectful—not only to me, but also to her coworkers. I don’t know if she is a manager or just an employee, but as a manager myself at another restaurant, I can confidently say I would never treat customers or staff with such unprofessionalism.

The baristas are the best around! They are always cheerful, helpful, and very nice. I always know my coffee will be made perfectly at this store.

I love caribou its my favorite coffee in the world I don't know what I would do if there wasn't one around!!!!
