We went for valentines day dinner and they had a set menu. The food was good but the service was really poor. For a set menu you would have thought they'd have everything ready but they were very disorganized and had people droping off the wrong course and they paired the food with wine but the wine never made it out with the right course. Very disappointing for a special meal. Had the filet mignon and it was supposed to come with mashed potatoes but was served with French fries. Dont think I ever had filet with fries before.

Here for valentines dinner. Had reservations and waited 25 minites to get table. Tok 35 mins to get any type of drink. Tables that were seated ahead of us got their food before us. Took almost 1.5 hours to get second course of meal. Currently on hour 2 and no food yet. Seems very poorly run and understaffed. Very dissapointed. If anyone asks where not to go this would be my place to rant about to avoid like the plague. It wasnt even that busy (see picture half empty dinning room) so i dont understand the painfully slow service Ps manhattan was horrible.

While the view was beautiful, we will not be going back to this establishment for food or their bar? The atmosphere is very nice right up until you order.....The waiter had no idea of what was in or out of stock! I ordered a starter of chedder biscuits and they were smaller then a Wheat thin, It was RIDICULOUS to even charge people for them as they were so small and unfavorable! We asked about wine pairings for the pasta dish to which the waiter replied, he didn't know because he doesn't drink? You should at the very LEAST be trained to answer such questions! As to the pasta dish, it came out luke warm and was bland to say the least. I dont know if they had an off night, although I doubt it as a few others that were sitting on the deck next to us lived there and said it was just okay. I ho

We had a delicious lunch and were impressed with the selection of draught beers. Our bartender was friendly and helpful. The interior is bright and cheerful, rich in nautical themed decore. Great views across Keuka Lake and along shoreline.

We recently attended one of the special wine pairing events and it was incredible. We also attended the 4th of July BBQ and both events were very well executed and a value at $100 and $50.
