Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Over the years, I have ordered carry out and delivery from Lou Malnati’s in Highland Park countless times. The staff is always polite and efficient. The food is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Chicago pizza, fresh salads and great service! Way to go Lou Malnati’s Highland Park!

This was the most disappointing pizza experience from Lou's. The cheese mass was so stiff and hard to chew. Skimpy topping that were undercooked. Crust that could break your teeth. Sorry, but this was like a hard cheese frisbee! Tomatos are the base.....not a glob of hard cheese that's heavy as a brick. I will never eat this again. Better off eating a cheap pizza from the grocery store.

I placed a delivery at 7pm. They mentioned it would be a 70 minute wait. I have called 3 times and they mentioned that there was no driver and that they would send someone from the store around 8:40pm. Our pizza NEVER came and the store is closed. I called 3 times at 9pm and no one is answering. Just straight took my money and didnt even deliver the pizza. Give me a refund.

We have been getting pizza from this Lou's since it opened. We love it so much, we had them cater out rehearsal dinner. Now we have family around the country who love Lou Malnati's pizza.

Amazing pizza. Additional offerings, also quite tasty. Curbside pickup still in place as of late June 2022. New Years Eve 2023 update: Still great. Good eatin', Grover!
