I'm still dreaming about the Pan de Jamon I picked up from this bakery! It was hands down the best I've ever had. The perfect balance of sweet and savory, with the most tender and flaky crust. The ham was generously portioned and added just the right amount of saltiness. Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings!
AMAZING! I recently stumbled upon Los Alpes Bakery, and I am glad I did. I bought two specially breads (Pan de Jamon) which is a staple of holidays celebrations in Venezuela and this version did not disappoint. The crispy, golden brown crust gave way to a soft interior with an abundant amount of sweet ham. A well balanced use of raising and olive. There are a wide variety of options that I will be soon ordering!
