Long John Silver's

We stopped in for a snack at the South Boston location of Long John's. The young man working the counter was exceptional. I cannot remember when I have experienced such outstanding customer service! He was polite, friendly, efficient, accommodating, and he smiled the whole time. He wasn't wearing a name badge, but let me tell you, this kid deserves a raise! The restaurant and bathroom were both very clean. The service was quick, and the food was good. I had an order of cheese bites, that were not bad. If you want a change of pace from the same old soggy burger, a trip to Long John's might be just right.

I haven't been to a Long John's Silver in over a decade, so while traveling through VA my husband and I decided to stop. The food was inedible, soggy with grease with a side of hard waffle fries! A waste of $30 plus dollars, this type of food should be cooked to order yet we were given meals that had been sitting for a while. I'd never recommend this place, we threw away the food and counted it as a lesson learned, avoid mediocre fast food chains.

We came through drive-thru with a very big order, and they were all so kind throughout the whole experience. They had us pull up to make sure everything was made fresh and brought it out to us! Thank you so much for your nice service!

Just got our BEST Long John’s experience EVER from the 1st shift at the Halifax restaurant. Food and service were awesome!!!!!

I was waiting for my food. My food sat on the counter for awhile before anyone would get it. The employee that finally got my food for me didn't was her hands after messing with money and scratching her head. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have told them to fix me another plate, but I left.
