Oak Grove Bed & Breakfast

I 💯% recommend staying at Oaks Grove. Picket and Mike are wonderful hosts. If you have a family they have a little house with rooms a living room and a little kitchen. Its separate from the main house and is perfect. I stay in the main house in the library, which is a spacious room with a full bathroom. It leads into the parlor (sitting room). I am a singer and love singing with Mike who plays the piano and he will also sing song's that he wrote. I love visiting. It's lovely home away from home.

What a great experience in this historic home! Surrounded by trees and quiet even though it's close to town Great retreat! The host is fantastic and her food is amazing

We had a lovely time at Oak Grove. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the breakfasts were great, the grounds were lovely. We are definitely going back!

We really enjoyed our stay there over the weekend. Pickett and her family were all very friendly and nice and extremely helpful to us and our friends that were also staying there. The breakfast was delicious and we're still talking about how good the local strawberries were!. It was so peaceful outside, listening to the birds. Our schedule was a bit hectic while we were there, so we didn't really get a chance to explore the hiking trail, but hope to return again for a chance.

The place was a very nice historical home with all the historical characteristics. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs and our furry baby:) The food was great! The shower was very nice and hot!!! The bed was comfy and clean and warm with plenty of blankets.I guess the only thing that I personally didn’t like was the smell of wood stove that lingered through the room and the lady bugs that were there. However, the stay was very nice and I loved seeing and reading about the history of this 1800s home!
