Delightful small-town cafe feel. Delicious food with generous portions and priced very reasonably. Food was fresh and came out quick. Servers were very friendly. Highly recommended! 🥳

Today is 10/20 I ordered the special and asked a few questions. Got my food to go and when I got back to my duke site the first thing I opened was the banana pudding. It’s my favorite desert. The label said use by 10/18 and which was two days ago and the bananas looked spoiled. I tipped 35% on this meal too.

Excellent service. Excellent food. I had the breakfast, eggs, bacon, grits and one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back

We LOVED Hambones! We both got the pancake plate, and their pancakes were the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time. The food was very fresh, we remarked how it looks like they even make their own butter. It was a cozy atmosphere, and the service was very friendly and good. They have great hours too, it is so nice to have a place in South Boston that has breakfast all day. We are looking forward to coming back!

Everything is as it should be. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable. It's a very new place, so it could be a family business. The atmosphere is nice. We chose from the breakfast menu, and the omelets were quite filling and delicious.
