Lazy Beaver Lodge

Bed bugs or spiders or something that bit up one of our group. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the oven or the down draft vent and there were no instructions. Very spacious.

For our first time ever visiting the mountains I couldn't have asked for a better cabin. The cabin is in a great location, not far from town, but also in a wonderful location to have the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife. It's very clean with a lot of room for a large group of people and giving you an "at home" feeling. The deck and large windows had a beautiful view of the wooded area. The hosts were very easy to work with and helpful every step of the way. I would certainly recommend this cabin to anyone.

I've been twice for a long weekend at this cabin and it checks all the boxes. This is a special cabin. The location is perfect relative to Pagosa - wildlife will litereally come up to the cabin. The facilities are excellent. Its an ideal spot for three families to get away, enjoy some mountain air, and still have the comforts of home. I highly recommend booking this cabin for a person who has never been to the mountains or who hasn't enjoyed past trips to the mountains.

A great location with many trees and wildlife. The house is comfortable and roomy, but not as clean as it should be. We complained about dirty windows and they cleaned them and the deck. I feel they need to pay more attention to furnishings and cleaning.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for our big family gathering. The Lodge is in the woods with acreage, but still close to town for shopping and the springs. Wildlife viewing from the huge patio or the giant glass windows.
