I had only try the horchata water and it was by far the worst I had ever try. It contains no cinnamon (see the photo) and it is too watery. Please do the horchata homemade with all its ingredients and try to get the right proportions or just don’t sell it, it’s disrespectful to the horchata waters out there.
So. Many. Flavors. Never have I been sadder about being dairy sensitive! We just got a paleta and mangonada but the ice cream flavors had me staring at the ice cream case like a five year old ready to get on a sugar high. They really do have a ton of flavors in both ice cream and paletas. Next time I definitely want to try watermelon instead of the strawberry kiwi. Honestly a really nice place to stop on our way home from a walk at Openlands. They have board games/bar games at many of the tables inside to amuse the kids (or anyone) and seemed like a pretty kid friendly shop.
Visited for the first time today. Will definitely not be the last. Delicious ice cream and friendly staff, real flavors, ice cream made on the site, tons of popsicles, my sweet tooth mother and sweet tooth niece were in heaven, as was I. We will be back many times. Thank you.
Summer and paletas belong together!! The hot summer days certainly made the paletas even more enticing, but these didn't need the heat to highlight how yummy they were! This ice cream shop is tucked away into a corner in the Highland/Highwood community, but they pack a mighty punch! The paletas are made of real milk, fruit juice and fruits or nuts inside them, hence you are tasting the true flavors you ordered! I had the pistachio paletas and I loved it. Pistachio is my favorite but unfortunately it is usually a hit or miss, especially when artificial flavors are used; some of the bad ones even tastes like soap in them! Fotunately, the pistachio paletas here were soooo good! You can taste the milk and see the actual roasted and crushed pistachios in them! There are so many more flavors
Very rude and got all I got was seeds To the owner- Sure please show the video. I would like everyone to see how I supposedly "made fun" of your employees, but more so, would like all of your customers to see how passive aggressive you were. While it was nice that you offered to replace the drinks without the chia seeds, you made us feel unwelcome and like you were doing us a favor rather than being paying customers. As a result, we ended up going to a far superior location where the drinks were mostly liquid rather than seeds.
