I ate a really solid al pastor burrito here. Super quick and kind service with an authentic mexican feel. They served my food within 6 minutes of ordering too. Would recommend!!

Stopped in for lunch and got the lunch burrito. The food was good, service was good and the speed at which we got our food was amazing and perfect for a quick lunch. Definitely coming back and interested in the Godzilla burrito that I seen on the online menu.

Business trip in Marshalltown? La Carreta is the place to be! The service, drinks, food and atmosphere are exceptional! Loved the 3 lbs. burrito that I never needed a “to go” box for! Next time in town, this is my first step!

The food & margarita were both perfect. We first noticed this restaurant with the "no love, no tacos" story, and the stories of all of the kindness from the owner to their community. It was a 2 hour drive for us, but I have been wanting to try it. You will not be disappointed! We took some carry-out with us for later too. Highly recommend a day trip if you aren't close by.

amazing amazing amazing food seriously, favorite mexican place the food, employees, atmosphere, building I mean everything was amazing. I tried this place 6 years ago and forgot about it until I was in town again recently looking for somewhere to eat and found this restaurant that looked familiar that i’ve been longing for 6 years. great price too 100/10 stars!!!
