Very cozy new coffee shop in town. Great coffee, the cinnamon rolls are amazing, and lots of kids friendly games available!

Super cute place! They clearly put a lot of time and effort into they're atmosphere and tips their cap to the old place that was there. The coffee was great and lots of seating and entertainment options for kids and adults.

Great place to bring the kids along! I brought my 7yo daughter on a date. She loved the play kitchen area. They have games, books, and puzzles as well. I will definitely be back!

I was in town for the week and a coworker recommended trying out Grounded instead of going to Starbucks. WOW. This place is so beautiful inside I could see myself coming back to read a book and drink some excellent coffee. I got a quad latte and it's the best coffee I've had while visiting Iowa for work (and $3 cheaper than the same thing at Starbucks). I will be back every day I'm in town. What a great find.

What an inviting and comfortable place - and such a creative reuse of an important historic commercial building in downtown Marshalltown! The scones were gorgeous, the hot drinks were yummy, and the baristas were friendly and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. I'll be back.
