KC Waffle Dog & Hamburgers

Some of the nicest dudes I've ever met-- everyone greeted me when I walked in and we all made small talk while I waited for the order. One of the guys offered me a sample of an excellent coffee blend he'd put together; I'd definitely recommend a cup if you're looking for a nice pick-me-up after dinner, as it's clear he's no amateur to the craft. He also gave me some advice on making a good batch of cold brew at home, which I always appreciate. Food was made to order really fast: I don't remember exactly how long since we were chatting, but maybe five minutes? Ono Ono shake is the bomb! Brings back memories! The hamburger was also juicy and the hamburger bun was soft and tasty. Generous serving of Saimin! Saimin broth could've had more flavor, but shoyu should help. Everyone is friendly! There are a few spaces to sit by the kitchen and there's ample seating in the nearby hall.
