Jolene's - Airport

Wow, I'm so glad we wandered into Jolene's Airport. The food is absolutely delicious! Try the garlic shrimp, you will not be disappointed. Brisket sandwich was flavorful. Very tasty. We're definitely coming back! (Forgot to mention ,they GROW their own lettuce out front!)

If you looking ro get emerced in local cuisine. To not spend money but to get your dollar value without feeling like you over spent this is the spot. Food was so good.

It's difficult to get parking, there are a few stalls and street parking. It's right by Royal Hawaiian moving so big trucks are going in and out all the time making a lot of noise. I did enjoy sitting outside with a nice breeze even though it was noisy. I think I should have ordered something else, a burger or a specialty dish. I had the fish and chips but would not get it again. I would go back to try something else. The girl at the counter was very efficient and sweet. I'm sure its a great place for people working in the area to grab food there or for take out.

Came here since reviews said service was quick. Cashier was grumpy and unfriendly. Our order took 43 minutes. For two grilled cheese and a plate lunch. I notice a large order being filled behind a counter that started after we ordered. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry and food service, it's imperative you tell a customer when ordering if there's a large order ahead of them. this was an order of nearly 4-5 boxes containing multiple containers. Went up to the counter after 40 minutes, asking about our order. Got a mumbled" sorry 5 more minutes". I wouldn't have minded the wait if we were told and I hadn't had my little one with me and acting fussy. Hence the need for quick service and us coming to this location in the first place. Food was definitely not worth it. The

Great food at a reasonable price. Nice spacious outdoor seating is available which was very nice. Even with the road traffic it was seeming quiet, being able to talk w/o straining to hear each other.
