Rude and unprofessional! Insists on doing things her own slow way instead of listening and doing what's best for the customer. I waited 3 weeks and called her to suggest another method of contacting the bank besides fax as I had a direct line and email to someone at the bank that would personally handle sending my title over. I also needed it done before my tags from another state expired. She talked down to me and made me so mad I hung up and went to Mercer County Messenger in Hermitage and had it done a week later! Meanwhile no surprise haven't heard anything from her. Maybe if you did whats best and most convenient for the customer you wouldn't have lost 300 from me!

Jodi is wonderful to work with!! She does all our title work and is fast, efficient, and friendly!!

WILL NEVER GO TO HER AGAIN! she claimed she filed the paperwork for a out of state title turns out she never did.. when I called to ask her about the title she yelled at me on the phone! How's this lady still in business??? Who else besides good can I call to complain about her ?? If you need anything done go to brownes in Grove City amazing women and sooooo sweet!!!!!!!!!!

Went into the notary to sell my car and she was insanely rude to all of us. My family has went to her for years to sell and buy cars and never have we ever been treated that poorly. She essentially called the buyer of my car stupid for asking a question. She then proceeded to yell at my mom for bringing in proof of identification, which she told us over the phone that she needed. She then accused us of yelling at her when we were nothing but friendly. Any question we had asked, she belittled us for. Will never recommend going there to anyone, she was so rude we walked out before doing anything and had to reschedule a different day to sell my car. 👎🏻

In the past year, I’ve had now two very unpleasant encounters with Jodi. The first time I ever bought a car, I was signing something on the title and accidentally put a date beside it because that’s what I’m used to doing with Official documents and she freaked out told me I should’ve never done that. I should’ve done what she told me to which was my signature only. She now has to fill out a form she filled out the form while I was there. It took her two minutes. I bought a set of candles at her Gift shop because I felt so bad. just because I accidentally dated something. Then I call asking questions about a certain inspection issue today. She told me it would come with a packet with pictures and everything. I simply asked her pictures of what and she snapped. I told you to call the people
