This was my first time visiting this place. The seating area is spacious. I came in in early dinner and luckily it was not busy yet. Best jja jang myun in sacramento. The jja jang myun had that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, with chewy noodles and for me the sauce was lighter than other places I’ve been too. Service was quick and friendly , and everything. Came out hot and fresh. The place is clean casual and definitely worth stopping by if you are craving solid Korean Chinese comfort dishes.

In a nutshell; Almost feels like a hole-in-a wall korean bbq spot, huge portions from the get go, excellently marinated, great sides. Great service. I dont often review buffets or eat all you can establishments, but I'd have to make an exemption for this place. Tucked in the corner of a kinda sketchy location, there are a good amount of parking around but does kinda seem sketchy at night especially if there are homeless folks around BUT look pass that and youre in for a great treat. It is a bit pricier than the more known kbbq franchised places around, but the quality certainly matches. Theres a decent amount of meat/protein choices to choose from , good amount of sides, and they really aim to fill one up from the 1st round of orders as it is plentiful. Server quite often also checked in

This place is a gem of a hole in the wall. I hate it when people say they don’t wanna tell people about businesses they love cause they don’t want them to become popular but honestly, I almost feel that way here. It was quiet- the ambiance isn’t the club vibe of Gen in Arden, they don’t have the cute kitty robots from Blue House or the impressive koi pond at Oz. BUT I like that! The restaurant is tucked in corner of a parking lot off of Folsom. It’s simple decor but it’s kinda refreshing in a way. The staff is sooooo friendly!! I heard the hostess having genuine conversation with every table, including ours, asking for feedback, where the customers were from, etc. It feels so welcoming, like they want you there and are happy to see you. And of course: the food. It is soooo yummy. Everythin

This was our second time at JJ's and it did not disappoint. The first time we visited we did the Lunch AYCE and thought everything was delicious!!! The sides, the quality of meat?? Perfection! AND we thought it was a steal for $25/person because of how much food you get and everything was just really good. Now tonight was different... We did the single BBQ option and had pork belly as the only meat it came with BUT it had so much more sides like corn cheese and steamed egg which were also 🔥🔥🔥 best part? All for $36+ tax and tip. We went home very full and very happy with our decision to visit again. Service was great on both times too! They were very attentive. Will be back to bring friends with us. The only con was their tofu soup, it was bland but I wouldn't let that take away from a

I ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu, but even though I hadn't eaten enough, they took away my menu board. I wanted to avoid wasting food, so I asked for smaller portions, but they refused. I've been to many buffet restaurants, but I've never experienced service like this. They mostly use frozen meat. When the previous owner ran the place, both the service and the quality of the meat were excellent, but now it's very disappointing.
