I ordered a Little John "The Pepe." It's a smaller sandwich and pretty basic. The gal at the window was really nice and the sandwich came quickly. My only gripe is that the inside tried to slip out the cut edge and didn't want to stay in the sandwich. I'm not sure how to fix that and to remedy it I just held it tighter and when I ate it I took a bite from the side and then the bread. I didn't change the stars as it was still tasty. Nothing here for atmosphere as I did not go inside and I used the drive-up.

INCREDIBLE customer service today! The manager working, she was so kind and helpful. She was helping train a new worker and he was so kind as well! The food was delicious as always. They went above and beyond to make my experience one to remember! Thank you SO much!!!!

Let me first start out by saying that I usually like to say nice things when I can. But in this case the nicest thing I can say is the lemon cookie was really good. The sandwich sucked the bread wasn't cut correctly and the sandwich was a mess. The top didn't even cover the inside. The top appeared appeared to roll on it's self. Not saying I won't eat there again but it may be awhile.

I had an amazing experience at JJ today! The team was incredibly friendly and lightning fast. Huge shoutout to Jennifer for the positive attitude and great energy! It made my day, especially being away on a business trip.

This was my first time ordering sa vegetarian. I was surprised when I couldn't find the avocado on my sandwich. The girls behind the counter were so nice! They immediately gave me extra avocado spread to make my sandwich healthier and better. Great customer service!
