I ordered a toasted sandwich the JJBLT with added cheddar cheese no mayo with Italian dressing the ⌛ was cold and when I asked the young lady making the sandwichs had rolled her eyes when I asked about toasted it so I said never mind I will toast it when I get home

The worst service I've ever received at Jimmy John's. I know it was very late, but they should have told me they weren't serving at that hour, and I would have just turned around and left, no problem. But the person who served me was very rude and practically threw the sandwich in my face and almost kicked me out of the store. All this just for doing a favor for someone who had just gotten out of the hospital, after having a very long day at work only to receive such terrible treatment. Quick pick up, but at what cost? I stopped ordering from this location as frequently when I realized they no longer deliver to the business district (where I work) about 5 minutes away. The last few times I've been in, it's been around noon, and they have been out of ice. Restaurant also looks like it could use a deep clean. I won't return.

It was a quick order and take away, three sandwiches. There was only one employee, but he was pleasant and worked fast. I had a classic tuna with modifications and it was great. I recommend adding crispy jalapenos to the tuna for that zest and crunch.

Horrible. Ordered a Beach Club got no avacado, no cucumber and they added bacon! These people a little bit off here.
