I stopped into Jimmy John’s this morning and was really disappointed with my experience. The service itself was fine, but the bathroom was completely trashed and I was the first customer of the day. There was no hot water, no toilet paper, and a light flickering so badly it looked like it was about to explode. On top of that, my order was small but should have had double meat and cheese. Instead, it barely had two slices of turkey and one piece of cheese. For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one really needs some attention to cleanliness and quality.

I paid 25$ for a sandwich that the prepare it couldn't care less about. Half the meat was hanging out of the bread and the meat didn't even go from end to end If I spend 25$ on a sandwich, the preparer should care about the results

The employees were nice and the place looked clean, but the food was NASTY. I built my own sandwich and asked for tuna and cheese. I wanted to build my own to not get the veggies, I wanted it plain. I got my sandwich back with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato on it. There was barely any tuna and it wasn’t even on the whole sandwich which was annoying. The tomato’s were soggy and foamy which is disgusting. There was SO MUCH lettuce also that I had to take off. I don’t know why they thought they should put vegetables on the sandwich to begin with. The menu on the “build your own” section didn’t say anything about it already coming with vegetables, so obviously… I was a little confused. Tried a second time. I was the only person in there around 3:30. Had to wait for my order. Lettuce continuously tastes like it has never been washed. All lettuce and no meat or anything else. For the same price, just go to Jersey Mikes!

I was shocked as always great experience at other jj.i said hello 2x making eye contaxt with casher with no response. Asked a question if there was wheat bread and looked like that was a crazy question. Ordered fountain drink... 2 sandwiches and 15+min later vegoe sanfwich with white bread,ice berg lettuce. 2 green tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices... No pickle, onion, peppers etc. Forgot the avocado and when asked for the drink cup, looked slowly and then to look at their receipt and said "didn't hear you say that"...not would you like to add one...just disappointing overall
