Jersey Mike's Subs

My first time here on 2/10/26. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak w/ Bacon. Before ordering I looked over the menu thoroughly, even letting someone go in front of me to be sure I knew what I was ordering. I proceeded to tell the guy that was standing at the front of the line what I wanted. Everything seemed fine until I was told the price at the cashier. My card was charged for $23 for a GIANT sub. I never told the guy who took my order that I want a GIANT sub. It's literally just me, I did specify that I wanted a REGUALR sub, I don't know where the confusion came about. I did assume that fries & a drink or maybe chips would have come with it for that price, so I didn't think nothing of it until I looked at my receipt. So good! Great food! Very nice people! Overall very cool vibe. Super glad we stopped here!

7:19 pm tonight and the staff was shutting the store down. We walked into the Watson location and they were rolling the rack of chips off of the floor. Half of the veggies were removed and ready to be put away. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. The last time we walked in right before 8 pm and we were told being they were "closing" and they could not serve us. Posted hours clearly say 9 pm. If the owner or company does not yet know this is occurring, they should be aware they have lost business multiple times from us and I'm certain we are not the only ones. This has not occurred at any other location.

Employees were nice. Cashier had a moment where she didn't know how much change to give back to me. Place was clean, but looking at the restroom doors either need cleaning or be repainted. Look terrible.

My husband and I came in Feb 8th to order a Giant. We didn’t do or say anything unusual, but the staff seemed to be mocking us indirectly.
