Let me start of with the wonderful hard working employees with their great customer service and attitude. The food here was great and the wait was not bad at all even with the busy with lots of other orders. The inside of this restaurant was very nice and clean.
I've been waiting for a Jersey Mike's In South East Iowa for a while. This location has been here since April 2025. Great subs (get them "Mike's way...includes oil) and fast service. You can also order online for lightning service. Also, they have a rosemary parmasean bread that is "bangin' ".
I have used the app for at least 2 dozen orders since the summer. Its always correct and fresh. Estimated time is 15 minutes but usually ready in 10. The only thing that bothers me, is my ONE sandwich is put into a big brown bag. Just seems very wasteful.
Absolutely delicious! I will always choose J.M. over the "other" sub shops! 100% better quality, more meats and best service!!! I drive from Burlington just to have J.M. !!!
Love me some Jersey Mike's and this store didn't disappoint. Very personable, went above and beyond for a customer in front of me replacing part of their sub even though the customer said it was her fault it was dressed wrong
