Jersey Mike's Subs

I stopped by this Jersey Mike subs to finally use my tmobile Tuesday deal on the reward points. I ordered from the app and went with the #8 Club Sub regular size. Everything was good when the item was in the cart then I applied my rewards point on the order. When it was time to check out, I saw that they charge a fee for a bag. I tried to remove it but it never went away so I had to pay the small bag fee on my order. I arrived early to the store since I was in the area but my food wasn't ready until the actual pickup time. The inside of the store is nice and quiet. I waited like 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I thought my sandwich was a bit salty so I didn't really enjoy it. I don't often eat Jersey Mike's Sub but I wanted to use the reward points and try it out.

I came in yesterday for a club sandwich and no one else was inside the site but me. However, the girl in the front has me waiting to fulfill online orders which made me upset. They had like 4 guys in the back and no one came out to assist walk in customers. Very disappointed. Will not come back here. Bad service!!!!

They have the best team now. Amazing customer service, best sandwiches ever!!!

This isn't for an apology nor any free sandwich. The service here, everytime I come, regardless if I tip or not is off. I keep in mind they're busy and I'm respectful and yet I'm always left feeling like I did something wrong. I've ordered a hot chipotle chicken, gotten to work and see they made me a buffalo sandwich. When waiting for my name to be called, I've been called by the male version of my name. Other times, I get nasty side eyes when I'm not rushing them at all. And when I order a regular size, I've received it not cut in half more than once, regardless if it's a cold sandwich or not. Everyday is a new day to change for the better. Each time I go, I go in hoping for a better experience. Today was no different and today I got the same experience. I don't take pictures to document

i will say subs are ok nothing to write home about. the only reason im giving this place a one star is because of all the teenagers they have working there have no clue on how to take orders. I went there because of my daughter she said they were they greatest thing since sliced bread.(i have a different opinion.) Anyway so we ordered 2 number 13s and a Chipotle sub we paid we looked at our receipt only to find out the girl taking our order only charged us for 1 number 13 and a chipotle sub. so we told her about our order she charged for the other number 13 sub by this time the place was full we had to wait and extra 10 minutes for our order to be filled. i mean it is crazy how these kids don't pay attention when people place their orders.
