Excellent friendly service! We just need to print something, the girl with blue hair was very helpful and friendly. She gave us multiple options on how to print our papers. 10/10 we will be back! Libraries rule!

I called to renew library books and was on hold over 15 minutes. While the phone was answered right away, the gentleman that answered told me "we're kind of busy right now so hold for a minute". 15 MINUTES LATER comes back to the phone and renewed the books in LESS THAN A MINUTE. I really can't understand... There are multiple employees and if he was that busy someone else could have taken the call OR if he wasn't actively waiting on a customer in front of him he could have stopped what he was doing to take the 45 seconds to renew my books. Total call was 17:28. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully they see this review and begin to provide better customer service!

The people are terrific. Books are on point. Great library

I needed to print a return label and I guess the label printed in two sheets, one with the label, and another sheet with a single sentence on it. They made me pay for both even though it was an accident and I didn’t need the second sheet. They are very rude and don’t care about you, just your money. I rated this one star because this is not the first time they have treated me this way.
