They did not hand me my ice cream, they placed my order on the wet counter after it had rained. It bothered me because after the tablet asks you for a tip, you expect some sort of hospitality. No spoons or napkins. The presentation of the apple pie sundae is great but it did not taste as good as it looks. Maybe the scooped ice cream is better. Maybe it was a bad day but better service will make this place better.

Been coming here occasionally for the past few years. Never had too much of a problem before tonight. I ordered a strawberry sundae and the strawberries had a horrible rotten/fermented taste. I had to throw out the whole thing because obviously I don’t want to get sick. My husband ordered a storm and while it tasted fine it was only filled 3/4 of the way. Safe to say we will not be returning. Unfortunate because we would love to support a local business other than supporting Dairy Queen. But I just can’t justify going back to a place that is serving rotten food.

One of our favorite spots in Appomattox! We've had so many of their yummy treats, it's hard to pick a favorite. But the greatest difference is the availability of ice cream for my milk allergic daughter! We did her ice cream cake with them last year. Super nice people, great service, and wonderful dessert! Thanks, guys!

I got a large oreo snowstorm and the wife got a hardshell dipped sundae. Both were delicious. Had dinner at taco wagon (which was awesome) but saved room to cross the street for desert. Highly recommend icelands.

I drive thru here at least twice a month to treat my 3 children and myself. We haven't ordered anything that we didn't like! The employees are always friendly! I drive thru during their less busy times to avoid long waits. There are only 1 to 2 employees working, and they are working the drive thru window and a walk up window so it can get very busy very quickly. As long as you visit on their "off times" you can avoid a long wait! All desserts are delicious!
