AK and her girls have brought so much life into inspire since they came into ownership 2 years ago. Our family certainly considers them a special part of our lives, even extending to Tanya and Jamie, Annakate’s parents. Drinks have never been anything other than amazing, atmosphere is so welcoming, and service goes beyond expectations every time. I will ALWAYS recommend this shop and their sister shop Evolve to anyone in the area looking for a treat.

If you haven't been to Inspire Nutrition yet, you are missing out! The owner is absolutely amazing, the staff and always excited and eager to help you pick out flavors (there's so many to choose from!). This business has helped me in so many ways especially with weight loss as i'm still able to get my Sweet Treats with no Sugar! Bye bye starbucks 👋 Seriously check them out!

My son and I stopped in this morning for the first time and the owner was so sweet. I loved the recommendation she had and will definitely be returning! The atmosphere was so modern, simplistic and inviting.

Found this place by chance after shopping at Food Lion. Went today with my sister and we loved it. Many great refreshing drink options. Ordered a smoothie bowl, which was also delicious. Young lady working there was polite and pleasant. The atmosphere is a little underwhelming, but it was clean and calm with good soft music in the background. I definitely recommend, especially for these HOT days coming up!

Today was my first time here and OMG I’m hooked!!! I decided to try the Turtle tea mega tea and it was absolutely delicious! The lady helping me was super friendly and very knowledgeable at explaining what was in the teas. I will definitely be coming back!
