Absolutely phenomenal 🔥 The pastor/pork quesadillas from Gastronomix were outstanding, packed with tender, well-seasoned pork and perfectly grilled tortillas that were crisp without being greasy. The caramelized onions and fresh sides like radishes, cucumbers, and salsa added a clean, flavorful balance to every bite. You can taste the care and intention in this dish, and it is easily one of those meals that keeps you coming back!! 🌮✨

The food is amazing! Must try! I’ve gone twice this week to try various items off the menu and Gastronomix didn’t disappoint. Including pictures from our order on Tuesday, Feb 3 and today, Feb 8.

Two things I recommend are the torta cubana and the agua de mango. Torta cubana was freshly made and contained huevo, chorizo, salchicha, lettuce, tomato. The flavor was hands down one of the best I had. It has a kick to it but is not that spicy that you won't eat it. The agua de mango was delicious as well. Felt like it was freshly made also.

Lovely food truck. I had the chorizo taco and it came with radish, lime, and some spicy light green sauce. If you're in the area and you want a taco it's worth stopping by and seeing if it's your new favorite location. Granted the taco wasn't as cheap as some other tacos that I've had from food trucks (I think it was $3.50) but it was yummy.

I took one bite and came to make a review immediately, so good!!! Very great flavor and even better service ! I will definitely be back, this is a Cleveland rd hidden gem.
